Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to our shipping partners. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after shipment.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

• If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local postal office, or the courier directly.
